✨ Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.

Payment is due at the time of booking (via credit/debit card and PayPal).

You will receive a confirmation email and session details once your booking is complete.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me directly by email at     nomadichealingflow@gmail.com.

✨ Refunds

Sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future session.

In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive the option of a full refund or credit.

✨ No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or credited.

✨ Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session to receive the full benefit of your session.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

✨ Group Sessions & Events

Group sound baths and workshops are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend by notifying me in advance.
